Setting Up Your Domain Name
Setting up your domain name is the first step to creating an outstanding presence online. Whether you've just purchased a domain name or are just getting around to setting it up, use the instructions below to get you rocking and rolling:
To Set Up Your Domain Name
- Log in to your GoDaddy account.
- Next to Domains, click Manage.
- Click Use My Domain under the domain name you want to set up.
Note: If your domain is already set up and you want to edit its settings, click Manage Domain under the domain you want to update.
- Click Build a New Website, Connect to an Existing Site, or Set Up Professional Email under the desired option:
Build a New Website
If you have a Website Builder account that isn't set up yet, see Setting up your website.
If you have a Website Builder account that is set up with a different domain name but you want to set it up with this domain instead, see Change my domain name.
If you don't have a Website Builder account but want one, follow the on-screen prompts to purchase and set up a website for your domain name.
Connect to an Existing Site

Set Up Professional Email
If you have a email account that you want to set up with this domain, use the Get started instructions to set up your website.
If you don't have a email account but want one, follow the on-screen prompts to purchase and set up email for your domain name.
