API Reseller Sales Tax Collection Information & Form
API resellers must collect the appropriate sales taxes from their customers for purchases. To acknowledge this policy, all existing API reseller customers must submit a signed copy of the form below to us by Jan. 31, 2015. New API resellers must submit the form to use within 30 days of setting up their accounts.

- Complete the form.
- Email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: In lieu of this form, we will also accept state-issued reseller certificates.
Warning: If you fail to submit this form, we reserve the right to assess charges equal to your API reseller account's sales tax liability.
