We have 4 websites with Plesk. They are down from 13:15 IST. Contacted your support team twice and they have standard answer - "This is currently a known issue. Our admins are working on getting it resolved as soon as possible. However, we are unable to provide an official time-frame for when services will be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

Just talked to phone support and it is an issue with Plesk account holders and they are working on it. No ETA
Yesterday all our websites were down from 1:15 PM to 8:20 PM IST (7 hours). I had to consult with 3 chat agents and 2 phone agents with no resolution. All of them gave almost the similar reply - This is currently a known issue. Our admins are working on getting it resolved as soon as possible. However, we are unable to provide an official time-frame for when services will be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Today all our websites were down from 4:00 to 5:15 PM IST. And again from 7:00 PM.
When I contacted the support team, they are sending some standard snippet. Looks like they are not checking the account to identify the issue or they are not trained adequately. Phone support team and chat support team are meaningless.
What happened to GoDaddy's guarantee of 99.9% uptime?
