emails are not receiving or taking to much time

Hello,

 

I have a problem with my GoDaddy emails. we receive email after 4,5 hours and some didn't . GoDaddy chat is also showing offline. If anyone know the solution kindly let me know.

Thank you for posting. When chat is showing offline, it's best to reach out to support by phone. You will definitely want to speak with them on this. They can troubleshoot with you to find out where the breakdown is.
