How to email setup instructions for cpanel email

I remember being able to do this, but can't seem to find it. On top of that, Email tutorials gives a 404 from within cpanel.

Can somebody help me figure out how I can email instructions?

I don't have cpanel and got the same for the link you provided. Goggling found among the many links these...
