Hi we have a problem of receiving email suddenly. Sending of email is OK.
The error message as below;
Task 'email@example.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC90) : 'Your incoming (POP3) email server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: -ERR unable to open that message'
Please advise how to solve this problem? thank you.
Hi @pchoe. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! That error usually means there was a problem connecting to the POP3 server. This is sometimes just a temporary error. If it's still occurring, then you'll want to reach out to your email provider. If that's GoDaddy, then I'd recommend contacting our customer care team at your earliest convenience.
