Email Spam help

So we have been getting 100's of "undeliverable" mail emails from the server that are emails we are not sending, it appears that some spam has connected its self to our email address and the name on the email is different people. How do I stop this from happening, it is causing issues for my business. TIA

Funny... I've just been seeing that happening to me as well.  I get  a bounce back message like the following:

 

 

    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

Hi. Same problem. 400 users in my company and we cannot send anything. Did you solved it?

Hey @sergionader,

 

I would recommend reviewing the following article. It provides an explanation for the most common bounce errors and some suggestions to help work around them. Based on some of the details in this discussion, it sounds like it could be content related to reported links or attachments in the message.

 

You may want to try removing any link or attachments regularly associated with outgoing email to see if this helps. If you're still encountering these errors, then you'll need to submit a copy of the original message that triggered the bounce here for further review.
