First thing I'd do is try opening the Domain Manager in an incognito/private window. If it works there, it's just a caching issue. I'd then clear out my browser cache, reset my router to make sure it's cache is cleared, and I'd reboot my machine just for good measure.
If, after all that, it's still not working, you'd need to touch base with phone support or live chat as it's an interface issue.
