Website directs older version when not using www.

I built a website on Axure RP 8, exported as .html and uploaded it via GitHub. In the beginning, I tried to use a wordpress template, although I do not use it now, it still shows when I do not use www.

Sometimes it shows properly on mobile, sometimes it shows the older version on laptop. I tried to delete the cache, read the other posts but I could not find a solution for my case. I am not able to call the US and the chat never loads to ask it.

I have still an option to remove the older WordPress template but it gives error when I try to delete it "There was an error processing your request. Please try again."

I would be very happy if someone would be able to help.

Re: Website directs older version when not using www.

Thank you, 4 things,

  1. I was always using chrome to log in to chat, it never loaded, then I tried opera and it worked just fine.
  2. They managed to delete that template, which I was not able to. Yes, hopefully it works right now.
  3. I also removed the "s" letter from "https://" for once when I try to log in at the problematic browser, Somehow it may also have fixed the problem too.
  4. I also changed the repository's custom domain page name at GitHub from "www.laszlorevesz.com" to "laszlorevesz.com"

I guess one of these fixed it

Sounds good!  If they were able to remove the template this triggers a change in the DNS which usually takes about an hour or two, but can take up to 48 hours to complete.  So more and more visitors would be getting the new site, then everyone should after it's done.

Yes, the template needs to be removed or visitors would be sent to the old or new website at random.

Try using a different browser, an incognito/private window, and/or clearing your cookies/cache.

If you're still unable to resolve this see if you can get into chat from this link.
