Unable to change IP address for a domain

I want to change the point to IP address for a domain but it gives me some error. kindly help me with that.

Usually this is a caching issue. Try opening an incognito/private browser window, sign into your account, and try again.

If that doesn't work, it might be a GoDaddy issue with their system that needs to be addressed by contacting them directly via Phone or Live Chat. (It's possible it needs a DNS flush, server-side.)
