Unable to access DNS and Manage under the product page.
I bought a domain three days ago and I can't access the DNS, Manage etc. links under the page products. I called the service center yesterday, the person from the service team said she could access these links and that everything looked fine. She also told me to clear caches and cookies and contact my internet provider if the problem remained. I've done all of that, and I've tried different browsers, computers, and internet connenctions and providers.
The service chat don't work. And I refuse to wait another half an hour to make a call. I need this done yesterday, this is not good customer service.
