    WP Maintenance mode plug -in

    Hello,

I am going nuts trying to find a solution! I am trying to get the WP Maintenance mode plug-in to work but the site it is still showing up. The WP community says that it is a cache problem, well I cannot add any clear cache plug-ins due to managed WP. Does anybody know how I can solve this problem?

    Thank you,

Re: WP Maintenance mode plug -in

    Hey there @Mile123

I had that same issue on MWP. Try this plugin. I've used it on pretty much every platform I've ever hosted, it works, and it's free. (3rd party website, btw)

Re: WP Maintenance mode plug -in

It didn't work. The download directs me to log in to WP (directly through WP not Godaddy WP) but if I log in, my site does not show. I think this is because I am going through Godaddy WP. This managed WP situation is bringing me a lot of headaches actually.

    Any other suggestions?

Re: WP Maintenance mode plug -in

For some reason the maintenance mode is working without any cache or other plug-ins.

Thank you anyway and I hope I can pick up brain again (new on this) a lot of hit and miss!

    Have a wonderful day!
