Suggestion (Ticketing)

Hi all,


 When owning a Reseller store if you select to respond to support yourself you should be able to view tickets submitted via the Contact us form. If Godaddy were to release a ticketing software to respond to these requests that would be great but even linking it to your own software eg. Zendesk or Zoho desk would be awesome too.

Also, if when we start a dialogue with your Chat system, if the 'call' was logged and we could follow-up later, so that both parties had access to the chat history.

It might be more helpful to engage with the Reseller department at their community.
