I'd love to help. Regrettably we can't assist with account specific issues here and we'd need more information for a general answer. I would say be sure you're in the right account and that the hosting hasn't failed a billing cycle - but those are a general guess.

 

Anyway, please contact 24/7 support. We'd be happy to hear if you find out what happened if others would benefit from it.
