I can't help, but it seems some godaddy (european?) servers have had some serious trouble lately as my own low-traffic site has been down very often. Just during the past hour the site was unreachable and there were problems yesterday as well I think. Though at this very moment it's working again.
You probably have to try your luck with the customer support.
