During the scheduled maintenance of March 27, 2019, Perl functionality on my Windows Host disappeared. All my perl cgi-scripts result in Unauthorized because perl is not found.
GoDaddy customer support told me on March 29 that this was a Plesk issue, it couldn't be rolled back, and no resolution was pending. I was told this would need correction by the Plesk Developers. To me, GoDaddy Windows Hosting is no longer functional.
