Manually migrating hosts - PLEASE HELP!

Hello,

I'm using this tutorial to manually migrate my hosting provider:

https://in.godaddy.com/help/make-final-edits-to-my-wordpress-site-files-27420

I'm on step eight of the very last section, and I keep getting error messages in the terminal. First it was "This does not seem to be a Wordpress install," so I ran the command "download wp core." Now I have a new message: "wp-config.php not found."

How can I get rid of these and fix the last step?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Manually migrating hosts - PLEASE HELP!

Hi @Zuplift2018,

Thanks for posting. It sounds like when you ran the command "download wp core" it installed a new WorPress so there would be no wp-config.php. You will need to upload the file or go through the WordPress setup to create a new wp-config.php file. Hope that helps!
