1- Is there a way to make a phone number mandatory when a client is scheduling an online appointment? This is something I need as not everyone puts a phone number in and I would like one for potential new clients.
2 - I have set availability where clients can book their appointments from my website. However, I would like the ability to set appointments outside of these hours myself. Currently, I am going in and modifying my availability every time and then changing it back. Is there another way to do this? Or a way to create another staff that is not accessible from my website that I could use for these "special" appointment times?
@thelauren Thank you for the feedback. We have plans to develop functions to let you specify whether a phone number is required from your clients.
We will also consider addressing your need to adding booking outside of the business hour.

I’m also someone who is looking for this service. It’s been over a year and you guys still do not have a solution? It’s so painful to schedule outside hours or when my employee needs a day or a week off? I’m constantly have to go in and manually edit my employees availability to get around this issue. Please help!
