how to change it?  mail to godaddy?

@tangf2004 Newly registered domain names and domain names that have had its contact information updated are placed on a 60 day transfer lock. This means that you can transfer the domain away from Godaddy on 10/12/2018 as indicated. An email to godaddy won't change this  since its an ICANN rule.
