domain transfer expired

HI,

 

the domain transfer period is expired with no success, is there a way to restart it without pay 2nd time?

In most cases if a domain transfer failed to be transferred within the allotted amount of time you may request a refund for the transfer amount to be used towards the repurchase of the transfer.
