What happens with emails when transferring domain to new host?
Is there a way to transfer customer domain to our Godaddy account when domain in subject doesnt have account that can log in.
The domain should have been transferred to us from old registrant but instead have been transferred to customer directly (domain has customer email in registrant info). Our dns server are listed on the domain and customer has access to that email listed. Tried password reset with customer email to godaddy but no account exists with specified email.
