Domain Buying Service

Hello

I’ve purchased a domain November 2018 and I still have not received it.

I’ve had 2 emails with the codes to put into my account to start the transfer and both times the codes don’t work.

I’ve emailed many times and get no reply, live chat are no help whatsoever and today I called and was promised a call back in 30 minutes to which nobody even bothered calling me back.

What can I do to get this domain I paid over $2k for.

In this instance, if you're just getting the run around and no one is actually assisting with the issue, I would call in and politely ask to speak with a supervisor. That being said, give the person that answers your call a chance, but if they can't give you any answers a supervisor may be able to do so.
