When is Domain Selling Fees Charged?

So I understand selling domains as a premium domain they charge 20% fee, but when do they charge it? Before or after the transaction and do you know if theres a fee for canceling a listing?

You would need to pay for membership as well as any optional listing upgrades upfront.  Then if a domain sells, the service fee comes from what the buyer pays.  So for example you would receive 80% of the final price if the domain sells for $75 to $5,000.
