@adelj2k6 ok. This might sound silly, but have you tried restarting your computer?

Since your open browsers might keep your old dns responses in memory, and don't actually try to connect to your site.

When you access your site through your phone, are you using the same connection you use in your computer? I mean, do you use your data plan or wifi in your home with your phone?

If you find my replies helpful, give me a like or kudo 🙂

Hi @venkynaidu

Welcome to our Community!

You URL is resolving to a default home page in a hosting plan with us. Make sure that you have properly added the domain to any hosting plan you have with us and that you have content in that folder for the home page.

@adelj2k6 your site is loading fine to me on PC.

Have you tried to clear your dns cache on your pc?

Oh, so it's just me? How do I clear the DNA cache? I went and cleared my browser cache already. Not sure of the dns cache is the same thing.

@adelj2k6 are you using windows?

If you are, you should open cmd and run "ipconfig /flushdns".

Let me know if that solves it

Yes, I'm using windows. First I had Googled "clear dns cache" and followed the instructions there. That didn't work. I just ran command prompt and followed your instructions - it told me it was successful, but I'm getting the same thing trying to load the site. Other people are accessing the site just fine, so I'm not sure why this is happening for me.

@adelj2k6 have you tried running cmd as administrator and then clearing the cache?

Are you connected to internet via proxy?

Do you use the Wordfence plugin, or any other WAF plugin on your site?

I'm the admin on my pc - doesn't that automatically mean it was run as admin? I'm not sure of the answer to your second and third questions... I'm really not a tech person. 😞

@adelj2k6 that's ok. Just click on start and type "cmd", then right click, and run as administrator. Once it opens, run "ipconfig /flushdns" and check if you can access your site

There has been no change. I still can't access the site. 😞

I'll try restarting and see how that goes, then. I use my home wifi on my phone.

I restarted and still nothing changed...

EDIT: I tried again and it worked! Thank you for all your help!

Hi. People have trouble reaching my website, only I can find it. Please help.

The site is  www.elchatdemiami.com

Thanks.

@nskevinec I can access your site without issues.

But you should open a new thread in order to receive proper help, not just a reply on another user's post.

Hope it helps!
